01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern your access to and use of the 365gam website located at https://365gam.cam (the "Platform") and all related services, content, features and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Services").

The Platform is operated by 365gam (hereinafter "we", "us", "our" or "365gam"). 365gam is an English-language online betting and live casino information and entertainment platform. All content published on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. 365gam is not a licensed betting operator and does not accept wagers directly.

In Pakistan, gambling activities are regulated by the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable federal and provincial legislation. 365gam does not claim to be licensed by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any Government of Pakistan authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory body. 3.3 Restricted Persons

You are not permitted to use the Platform if you:

• Are under the minimum age requirement described in Section 3.1;
• Are prohibited from accessing gambling-related content by any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction;
• Are subject to a self-exclusion agreement with any gambling operator;
• Are using the Platform on behalf of another person without express authorisation;
• Have previously had an account suspended or terminated by 365gam for a violation of these Terms.

04 Platform Use & Conduct

4.1 Permitted Use

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:

4.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and any decisions you make based on information found on the Platform comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 365gam shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or legal consequence arising from your failure to comply with applicable law.

05 Account Registration

5.1 Registration Requirements

Certain features of the Platform may require you to create a registered Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must keep your Account information updated at all times.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 365gam immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach.

5.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may only maintain one registered Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

5.4 KYC Verification

Where applicable, users may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before accessing certain features. Typical KYC documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Pakistani passport. You must only upload genuine, unaltered documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Educational Context

Information published on the Platform regarding payment methods — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is provided for educational purposes only as context relevant to Pakistani users. 365gam does not process deposits or withdrawals and is not a payment service provider.

6.2 Payment Provider Disclaimer

The inclusion of any payment provider name on this Platform does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by that provider, nor does it imply that the payment provider supports or permits gambling transactions. 11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365gam, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or its Content, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not 365gam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Third-Party Operators

365gam is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, or conduct of any third-party operator, payment provider or other entity referenced on the Platform. Any dispute arising from the use of a third-party operator's services must be resolved directly with that operator.

12 Suspension & Termination

365gam reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform and any Account associated with you if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity;
• You are found to be under the minimum age eligibility requirement;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued access would expose 365gam to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon termination for breach, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall remain in effect, including without limitation the sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 365gam operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in the User's jurisdiction.

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, nothing in these Terms overrides or supersedes the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 or any other applicable Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable local legislation. 365gam does not provide legal advice and this clause is not to be construed as legal guidance.

14 Amendments

365gam reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
